We (talvaro GmbH, "talvaro", "we", "us", "our") take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This statement explains how we process personal data when you visit talvaro.com. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Act on the Regulation of Data Protection and Privacy in Telecommunications and Telemedia (TTDSG).

Our website is hosted by Claranet, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Every time our site is accessed, the host collects server log data as described above. Log files are deleted automatically after 30 days. We do not merge this data with other sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring technical stability and security).
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Therefore, no consent banner is necessary. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy and request your explicit consent beforehand (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR; § 25 TTDSG).
When you contact us via the form or by email, we store the data you provide exclusively to handle your enquiry. The data is deleted after your request has been completely processed or after a maximum of three years, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Personal data is only shared with service providers acting under our instructions (e.g. hosting, IT support). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 ff. GDPR) is guaranteed.
We store personal data only as long as required for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations (e.g. German commercial and tax law – up to 10 years).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU/EEA member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide personal data. However, certain website functions (e.g. our contact form) may not work without it.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
